Scotland international defender Napier joined Palace in July 2025 from Bristol City.
The versatile 25-year-old full-back joined the Eagles on a two-year deal ahead of the 2025/26 Barclays Women's Super League 2 season.
An established Scotland international, Napier has been capped 15 times by her country since making her senior debut in 2023.
Born in Glasgow, she began her senior career at Celtic, before joining Hibernian Ladies in 2018. During her time in Edinburgh, she was recognised as the Scottish Women’s Premier League 1 Player of the Year, netting 22 goals in just 33 appearances for the club.
Her impressive performances led to her signing her first professional contract with Chelsea in 2019, making her move south to English football.
Two years later and Napier joined London City Lionesses, where she played alongside Palace Women players Shae Yañez, Shanade Hopcroft and Hayley Nolan. She also shares a Scottish connection with midfielder Chloe Arthur, having both played for their country in 2023.
After a productive two-year spell at London City, Napier then joined Bristol City ahead of their 2023/24 WSL campaign. Across her two seasons with the club, she made 42 appearances and notably captained the Robins last season, demonstrating her influence both on and off the field.
