A naturally versatile player, Greaves is comfortable operating anywhere across the back line – from left-back to right-back, wing-back, and even centre-back on occasion. His adaptability, athleticism, and energy make him a valuable asset in various tactical setups.
His standout attributes include explosive pace, relentless work rate, and excellent crossing ability – qualities that have made him a constant threat on the flanks.
Growing up, Ajean looked up to Chelsea and England international Reece James, admiring his balance of defensive solidity and attacking flair. More recently, he's drawn inspiration from Liverpool star Jeremie Frimpong.
The 2024/25 campaign marked Greaves’ best season to date. Despite missing five months through injury, he still managed to register an impressive 10 assists and scored once.
A particular highlight in his Palace journey so far was competing in the MIC tournament in Barcelona, 2024, an experience he describes as a “standout moment.”
His favourite goal remains a strike against Oxford United at Under-15 level, a memory that still motivates him today.
In the current 2025/26 season, Greaves has featured in and out of Javier Alonso’s side, continuing to develop and push for more consistent minutes as part of the young Eagles' squad.
