Bright and early on Saturday 11 October, 251 Palace fans set off from Selhurst Park for a 26-mile journey across South London, walking together in support of Palace for Life for the latest Marathon March, sponsored by Brooks Running.
The Marchers proudly wore the famous red and blue, with the number 9 featured on the back, a tribute to Palace legend and Palace for Life patron, Mark Bright, in honour of our ninth Marathon March. The shirt also featured a special ‘Winners’ sleeve, celebrating Palace’s historic victory over Manchester City in the FA Cup Final.
Palace royalty joined the near 250 Marchers for this year’s event, with three club legends, Mark Bright, Andrew Johnson, and Fliss Gibbons, completing the 26-mile challenge.
