The left wing-back was in outstanding form at Anfield and received great praise from manager Oliver Glasner, who declared: "T had an excellent game, T was fantastic today."
Mitchell's match started with an eighth-minute assist when he seized on a loose clearance from Conor Bradley, turned well and, with precision, picked out Ismaïla Sarr, who ran clear and finished coolly.
As well as his offensive contribution, Mitchell was solid defensively up against Liverpool's right flank, making eight clearances, five interceptions and three tackles in total, as well as winning two aerial duels.
As a result of his all-round display, you awarded Mitchell 53.6% of your votes in the final Player of the Match vote of the season.
Dean Henderson (14.9%) and Daichi Kamada (10.6%) also caught your eye.
