Palace Academy welcomes new intake of 12 scholars

Crystal Palace Academy are delighted to announce that 12 promising talents have joined our Under-18s side ahead of the 2025/26 season.

Celebrating a momentous day with friends, family and loved ones, all 12 young players have put pen to paper on two-year scholarships with the club.

The 12 young players will now aim to take the next step in their development through the scholarship programme, with our U18s’ campaign kicking off this Saturday (16th August, 11:00 BST), away at Birmingham City – LIVE on Palace TV+.

Academy Director Gary Issott said: "These young players have shown outstanding dedication to earn their scholarships, and they should be proud of that achievement.

“Together with their families, they’ve invested immense effort both on and off the pitch to reach this point.

“Now, with the backing of the club’s Academy, they will press on in pursuit of their goal of becoming professional footballers – and we look forward to helping them do so."
