After an incredible 2024/25 season, Crystal Palace Under-21s midfielder Hindolo Mustapha has been nominated for the Premier League 2 Player of the Season award.
The 18-year-old midfielder has been a near-constant presence in Darren Powell’s Under-21s side this season, making 28 out of a possible 29 appearances so far, with the Premier League 2 play-off semi-final still to come.
He netted 11 times in those 28 games, including three sensational strikes against Brighton & Hove Albion and Chelsea recently, and has also registered a further seven assists.
His form this season also saw him earn a call-up to the senior Sierra Leone national team for the very first time, where he scored in his second-ever appearance during an African Cup of Nations qualifier against Zambia.
Mustapha was also a part of the first-team squad which faced HamKam in a mid-season friendly back in March - a month in which he was also nominated for the PL2 Player of the Month award.
The midfielder is the youngest of the eight players nominated for the Premier League 2 Player of the Season award and the winner will be announced at the Premier League Academy Awards evening on Tuesday, 13th May.
