October saw Crystal Palace welcome Manchester City, Perrigo Pharmacy amongst others to Selhurst Park. Whilst the Premier League champions came for the football, the others came to Selhurst Park for access to the stadium’s high-end facilities, meeting rooms and catering.
Opting for the Stanley Stephenson Lounge, Perrigo Pharmacy welcomed 100 guests to conduct their staff training at the unique venue in south London, overlooking the pitch where 18 days later Pep Guardiola and Roy Hodgson’s sides would be running out.
With welcome drinks upon arrival, plus a two-course hot fork buffet designed by the club’s Michelin Star-experienced chef, attendees could be forgiven for forgetting they were surrounded by state-of-the-art projectors to help showcase the training course.
The Stanley Stephenson Lounge isn’t the only premium room available for hire. Guests could also opt for the route that another local business went down for their recent conference in SE25. The 8-5pm day was split across several of the club’s specially-designed rooms: Speroni’s, Wright & Bright, Boardroom, Vice Presidents Lounge and Malcolm Allison.
The company welcomed guests with teas, coffees and pastries freshly selected that morning as guests excitedly wandered the halls of Selhurst Park, enjoying the iconic imagery and ZDS trophy, only accessed via these behind the scenes events.
A break for a fine-dining lunch also consisted of a visit to the lavish Director’s Box for a team photo, before returning for an afternoon session. As the unique and memorable experience came to an end, guests were given a special tour of the dressing rooms to close out the day perfectly.
