Company: Two Bald Blokes
Event: Training Course held on the 28th February 2018
Package: Day delegate all-inclusive
The Brief: Training company ‘Two Bald Blokes’ contacted us in December 2017, looking for a venue to hold training sessions. They were keen to explore the different function rooms within the stadium to find a room and package that would work with their event structure.
Solution: Our Events department worked closely with Two Bald Blokes to make sure the room layouts, the days’ agenda and catering for their staff would be perfect for their needs. We took Speroni’s Restaurant and turned it into a multi-functional, open plan space. A room which holds a capacity of 140 for banquet seating was completely turned around to provide a bespoke event space.
On the day we had a total of 19 delegates attend the venue. Their room build included a theatre layout, and we provided working materials on the day to aid the training sessions. We utilised the unique shape of the room to provide round tables to facilitate the interactive training part of the day in a separate space. In Speroni’s annexe, delegates enjoyed hot drinks and refreshments throughout the day, along with a selection of sandwiches, chips, fruit and nibbles for lunch.
To add an extra special touch on the day, delegates were taken on a private tour of the stadium by our expert host – creating further relevancy to their management course, putting them in them in the shoes of a Premier League manager.
Tim Keehner – Owner of Two Bald Blokes
‘Everyone at CPFC was lovely and a great help to them on the day, and the room and layout was perfect for our needs. The stadium tour was the best we have ever had – and the tour guide was amazing. I know they thanked him on the day but please pass on our thanks again.
Our clients gave glowing reports about Selhurst Park – so thank you for making their day so much easier – and the catering lady who they said looked after them really well. The delegates had a fabulous day too – they loved it.’
