December saw party season descend on Selhurst Park, as we opened our doors to welcome a range of businesses and private groups to celebrate the festive season, as well as our famous Junior Member Christmas parties.
Private and shared parties
On December 13th Selhurst Park hosted a shared Christmas party to remember, with numerous companies and groups of smaller sizes to enjoy the entertainment and excitement that a bigger party at Selhurst Park provides.
Guests enjoyed drinks receptions, brilliant three-course dining before heading onto the dancefloors throughout our modern events spaces including the 2010 Club, Speroni’s Restaurant and the Stanley Stephenson lounge.
With over 100 party goers in attendance, the shared party was the perfect occasion to meet new people as well as celebrate the festive season with old and new friends alike.
As well as the shared party, the stadium hosted numerous private parties during December, perfect for larger companies and groups looking to hire an entire room. In early December we hosted events in Speroni’s Restaurant, the Wright & Bright bar and the 2010 Club.
Groups with private parties were able to tailor the night to their requirements, with different drinks packages available and a range of entertainment to choose from.
Junior Member Christmas Parties
Crystal Palace’s Junior Member Christmas parties were this year bigger and better than ever, with over 400 children and guardians in attendance across the two parties.
The parties utilised four of our brilliant spaces – Speroni’s Restaurant, the 2010 Club, Wright & Bright bar and the home changing rooms.
Speroni’s Restaurant: The Junior Members got the opportunity of a lifetime with players such as Gary Cahill and Patrick van Aanholt attending a specially set up press conference in the lounge. The room was then quickly transformed allowing the children to eat, before they were entertained by an entertainer, with the large space perfect for party games.
Wright & Bright bar: With the room divider removed, the Wright & Bright bar and Speroni’s Restaurant became one space, with the Wright & Bright Bar playing host to FIFA20 pods as well as allowing parents to enjoy the bar.
The 2010 Club: Young fans and their parents got to meet their heroes in the 2010 Club, with several members of both the Palace men’s and women’s teams in attendance to take selfies and sign shirts and posters.
The changing rooms: One of the most exciting spaces in the stadium, the home changing rooms were transformed into a santa’s grotto, with Palace mascot Pete the Eagle giving the fans gifts.
